Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
WesTrac is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our branch here in Tomago in our Machining and Track Shop Department.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative tasks to the branch by supporting the daily service operational requirements.
This role is a great step to getting into WesTrac if you are looking for career growth. It will also provide you with exposure to multiple areas and tasks including customer service, administration, time sheets, work order activities, quality assurance, and continuous general administrative duties with ongoing support for the branch. You will provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders and customers.
This position is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The hours are 08:30am – 5:00pm.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General administrative functions, such as: Data entry, filing, scanning, records management, and the general maintenance of records management.
- Coordinate the accurate entry, submission, and approval of timesheets.
- Carry out work order management activities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding purchasing of goods and services.
- Coordinate accommodation, travel, and expense related activities for branch team members.
- Arrange all training and inductions for branch team members as required.
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives, such as system and process improvements.
