Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
WesTrac is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Mt Thorley workshop team. This role will be on a Monday-Friday full time basis.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Administrator is the first point of contact for the branch who is responsible for assisting customers with enquiries and providing high quality administrative support. The successful candidate will support day to day operations, including, general administration, site mobilisations, induction requirements and fostering ongoing improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee general administrative functions including data entry, electronic filing, records management & office administration
- Carry out work order management activities including purchase requisition creation, goods receipting, and relevant document flow
- Maintaining the training bookings for operational staff and records management
- Co-ordinating customer and industry inductions for branch staff including medical bookings and site inductions
- Coordinate branch staff uniform and PPE requirements
- Safety administration and compliance documentation
- Part of the administration team that handle internal and external stakeholder communications
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance processes, drive efficiencies and improve customer service
