Sydney CBD | Hybrid Working | Up to 12‑Month Contract MUFG Corporate Markets is seeking an experienced Administrator to support the execution and settlement of share trades within our Share Trade Centre and Trustee Office. This is a hands‑on operational role suited to candidates who enjoy working in a structured environment, managing detailed processes, and delivering accurate outcomes within agreed service standards. Based in our Sydney CBD office with hybrid working arrangements, this fixed‑term opportunity offers exposure to regulated financial markets and the chance to contribute to a high‑performing Trustee Operations team. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end facilitation of share trade requests and settlements for security holders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements. You will also play an important part in process improvement activities, documentation maintenance, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities * Execute share trades through the Share Trade Centre and EPS within agreed SLAs * Reconcile trades and ensure contract notes and settlement payments are processed accurately and on time * Manage inward and outward documentation, including sale advice and rejection correspondence * Investigate rejected transactions, liaise with financial institutions, and communicate outcomes to investors * Maintain spreadsheets and reporting to support reconciliations and management oversight * Manage team inboxes and enquiry logs, responding to client and stakeholder queries professionally * Prepare and distribute operational and statistical reports for internal stakeholders * Maintain and update Share Sale Forms, procedural documentation, and issuer registers * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across processes, controls, and workflows * Support project activities and provide operational support within the Trustee team * Identify risks, follow documented procedures, and operate with a strong compliance mindset About You This role will suit someone with experience in a banking, broker, share registry, or similar financial services environment who is comfortable working with detailed processes and deadlines. Responsibilities
The administrator will facilitate end-to-end share trade requests and settlements while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. They will also manage documentation, perform reconciliations, and support process improvement initiatives within the Trustee Operations team.
