Responsibilities

As Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations — keeping the organisation running smoothly behind the scenes and ensuring we remain compliant with CQC regulations.

Your work will involve:

  • Managing records and documentation: You’ll maintain accurate, up-to-date records for all aspects of the service, including client files, staff files, compliance documents, and operational logs. This will support our readiness for CQC inspections at all times.
  • Coordinating daily operations: From scheduling meetings, training, and compliance reviews to overseeing inventories and supplies, you’ll help ensure every part of our service functions effectively.
  • Recruitment administration: You’ll support our safe recruitment processes — helping to coordinate DBS checks, references, and maintain complete staff records that meet inspection requirements.
  • Acting as a communication hub: You’ll be a key point of contact for care professionals in the field, internal teams, social workers, local authorities, and external agencies, ensuring that information is shared clearly and professionally.
  • Helping us stay ahead of compliance demands: You’ll proactively identify where records or processes need updating, and work with the management team to address gaps before they become issues.
  • Be part of the on-call team: You’ll take part in the on-call function of the business, ensuring safe operations of the business throughout the week.

This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, purposeful environment where attention to detail truly matters.
