The role | Te mahi We have three exciting opportunities available (2 permanent, 1 fixed term) for highly organised administrators, to provide administrative services to the Division of Humanities. In these key roles, you will support teaching staff and students across: • Politics - School of Social Sciences. • English and Linguistics - School of Arts. • Te Tumu - School of Māori, Pacific & Indigenous Studies. Responsibilities include: • Managing enquiries. • Supporting teaching activities and events. • Coordinating meetings and minute-taking. • Maintaining office systems and supplies. • Completing financial tasks such as reimbursements, and invoicing. The appointment range for this role is $63,508 to $68,185. Top of Range $73,640. You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply for these roles.
