As an Armed forces Site Administrator at St Davids and St Georges Barracks Bicester You’ll provide efficient administration to support the site, from Payroll to collating meeting minutes, You’re the one with the skills to ensure behind the scenes of facilities run like clockwork and ensure your managers feel supported. You’ll interact with our Armed forces personnel every day, improving quality of life for all that you meet

• Drivers licence required- applicants will be required to also cover St George’s Barracks.
• 37.5 hours per week
• Shift pattern/ hours - Monday to Friday 0900-1700hrs
• £11.94 per hour

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support the management team closely, you’ll be a vital part of the team, Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require
• Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and/or digital form.
• Assist with payroll submission, induction paperwork of new employees, and be the go-to person for orders, equipment requests and finance support
• Other duties may be requested depending on support needed at that specific time (such as month ending paperwork/compliance)
