The Systems Administrator will help oversee the administration, maintenance, and support of endpoint devices and core systems infrastructure. This includes supporting Windows and Citrix environments, Microsoft infrastructure, the M365 application suite, and ensuring robust vulnerability and patch management. This role is critical to maintaining system reliability and operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate brings expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, with proven experience in endpoint management using SCCM, Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM) solutions. Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting, proactive performance tuning, and efficient ticket resolution, all aimed at delivering a secure, seamless, and dependable user experience. The position will provide technical expertise in managing our Windows and Citrix environment while ensuring optimal performance and availability of critical systems for Concentra operations. Responsibilities Administer and maintain Windows & Citrix endpoint and cloud environments (M365, Intune, Exchange, Autopilot, Entra ID, etc.). Provide Tier 3 technical support, troubleshooting complex issues while meeting established SLAs & KPIs. Serve as the technical resource for the team, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior members. Implement and maintain patch management, system backups, security, and user access control across platforms. Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively addressing potential issues to maintain optimal operations. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures. Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and deployments while minimizing operational disruption. Participate in technology optimization projects and the implementation of new solutions for Concentra centers. Identify automation opportunities and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Act as a primary technical contact for technology service providers. Qualifications Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree ; Major: Computer Science, Information Technology Experience in lieu of required education is acceptable 3+ years of experience in systems administration. Strong knowledge of Windows endpoint management. Experience with Citrix virtualization technology and thin client management. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, InTune, SCCM, and Entra ID. Experience with patch management and system security. Familiarity with VPN solutions and remote access technologies. Excellent documentation and communication abilities. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
