About the role - Mō te tūranga As a Claims Administrator, you’ll be responsible for processing claims, managing documentation, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. You’ll work closely with our National Administration & Claims Manager and collaborate with a supportive team. Key responsibilities: Process and track claims documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams to gather required information. Assist in identifying freight discrepancies and damage endorsements. Support recovery actions and maintain compliance with company policies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the claims process. What will you bring? – Ōu Pūkenga? You’re organised, proactive, and take pride in getting the details right. Additionally, you will need: Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in logistics or claims handling is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
