Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role is within our Lender Relations Teams and is based on auditing and processing high volumes of data and client documents to ensure that all relevant information is provided to lenders and responses recorded in our system correctly and accurately to allow the seamless processing of claims.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- To request and prepare data sets for lender submissions, complete with reviewing of client documentation from our inhouse Case Management System and uploading to lender portals.
- Auditing of the lender submissions and updating of the system to record submissions made.
- Review of inbound lender reports, analysis and feedback, including Identifying any issues or trends.
- Review of documentation within our processes to ensure adherence and quality.
- Process and manage large volumes of data and documents related to the claims management process
- Use Excel to manipulate, analyse, and validate data efficiently.
- Troubleshoot any process or data issues, identify inconsistencies, and suggest logical solutions.
The role is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours a week, reporting to the Head of Lender Relations and work closely with the Head of Insights and other departments.
