Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our advisers and paraplanners. We’re looking for someone who is efficient, proactive and who is comfortable managing a varied workload. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of client processes, from initial contact through to implementation and ongoing servicing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle client communications (email, telephone, post) in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure systems are kept up to date
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties to obtain policy information and valuations
  • Organise and manage client review documentation and appointment preparation
  • Support advisers and paraplanners with general administrative tasks, including diary management and data entry
  • Prepare and process applications across a range of financial products
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding business to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents
