Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

To provide comprehensive administrative support across RASAC P&K services.
To maintain and develop office systems to ensure the smooth operation of the Centre and wider organisation.
Assist with the upkeep of the office environment and oversee the maintenance of office equipment, facilities and stationery.
Carrying out general administrative duties including dealing with the mail, information requests, responding to donations, office supplies and equipment, recruitment processing, equalities monitoring, contact stats collation and any other requirements to ensure the smooth operation of the office and wider organisation.
To be the main point of contact for the business line and email accounts, responding to enquiries from a range of stakeholders including survivors, volunteers, organisations and statutory services.
To meet and greet visitors to the Centre and provide hospitality.
To carry out day to day financial support tasks including the processing and issuing of invoices, banking of cheques and petty cash.
To input payments on to the online banking system.
Create, maintain and distribute publicity materials, information packs and other relevant information to service users, agencies and other interested parties.
Coordinate the practical arrangements for project related events including venue hire, catering, registration for training etc.
Respond to general enquiries ensuring that all information is given timeously and accurately.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, minute take and cascade information as required.
To update contracts / company agreements as required.
Process PVG applications for new staff and volunteers.
To enter information into the Oasis Staff Management database as required.
Proofread relevant publicity materials, reports and papers as required.
