Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Administrator You’ll be joining a busy, friendly team where no two days are the same. This position will see you carrying out a variety of administrative tasks, with a focus on.

  • Inputting production tickets and works orders
  • Updating the production trackers
  • Contacting suppliers to confirm delivery dates
  • Data entry and updating internal systems
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Answering and directing customer calls in a professional manner
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as needed
  • Updating company records and databases
  • Filing, scanning, and organising documents
