Description

Trillium Flow Technologies™ serves customers in the power, oil gas, general industry and water wastewater sectors with highly engineered valves, pumps and actuators, as well as complete support in every phase of a project or operation.
We have UK Facilities/offices in Alloa, Elland, Bedford, East Kilbride London. As well as employees-based UK wide within Customer sites.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Attention to detail – required for Payroll, Timesheets, Navan (expense processing system), Invoicing, raising purchase orders, Holiday Requests, Training, etc.
  • Time management/ability to prioritise workload – It is a fast-paced environment, with multiple deadlines and potential urgent requests
  • Emotional intelligence – Out of control situations may arise, remaining calm and negotiable are key skills
  • Computer skills – almost all tasks are completed via computer, requiring high IT skills in various software packages
  • Problem solving – the nature of the role in a reactive engineering environment could have challenges in preventing tasks from being completed, the ability to be tenacious and find a solution to the challenge is a must.
  • Work well with others – although the immediate team in the office is small it is coordinating and providing administrative support to a large field service team, being able to build remote relationships and working well with the team is key.
  • Keen interest in AI - willing to experiment to find ways to save time using AI for everyday tasks
