LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Colburn
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (with 1 hour for lunch)

We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our client’s Lettings team in Colburn. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will provide essential administrative support and work closely with the Head of Lettings.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and have strong attention to detail. This role also offers the opportunity to develop your skills further, with clear potential for career progression within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Typing letters, emails, reports, creating Excel schedules, and audio typing
  • Handling telephone calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Arranging property inspections and compliance checks
  • Supporting the Head of Lettings with reporting and landlord liaison
  • Reception duties including call handling and meeting coordination
  • Photocopying, scanning, filing (both electronic and paper-based)
  • Diary management and arranging meetings

Experience

  • Previous administration experience (within lettings is desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure
  • Confident dealing with a range of clients while maintaining confidentiality
  • Positive team player with a welcoming manner
