Here at UPP we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team.
This is a permanent, full- time position working 37.5 hours per week from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The salary is £26,810 per annum.

The Site Administrator plays a key role in supporting financial processes, site operations, and staff and student engagement. Responsibilities include:

  • Finance & Procurement: Assist with procurement, supplier sourcing, raising purchase orders and financial reporting. Support budget and forecasting meetings and process monthly expenses.
  • General Administration: Manage meeting bookings, minute-taking, reporting and staff communications. Maintain notice boards and oversee office supplies, uniforms and staff kitchen provisions
  • Workday (computerised HR system) & Training: Administer learning and development bookings, training records and contingent worker management.
  • Staff & Student Engagement: Organise Equality Diversity and Inclusion events, staff celebrations and fundraising initiatives. Support student experience activities, budget tracking and on-site event coordination.
  • Facilities & Compliance: Act as the main contact for waste management, recycling, and environmental records. Support stock control and archiving. Provide occasional reception cover.
  • Other. Undertake training when required. Be prepared to work additional hours as and when the need arises, especially during the main student arrival and departure weekends. Other duties as commensurate with the post
