Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the surgery. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong typing and computer skills, and experience with data entry and administrative tasks. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for organisation and efficiency, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Answering phone calls and dealing with patients on a daily basis - Greeting patients and providing them with necessary information - Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Performing data entry tasks to update records and maintain databases - Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Experience: - Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred - Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping - Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Please note that this is not a comprehensive list of all duties and responsibilities associated with this position.
