We’ve partnered with a leading legal firm in the heart of Bristol that’s looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Records Assistant to join their friendly team. In this role, you’ll support the Records Manager with a variety of admin and data entry tasks, particularly around trade mark management.

Responsibilities
  • Keeping records up to date for trade mark applications, renewals, disputes, and more
  • Handling case entry and managing formalities like acceptances, refusals, and oppositions
  • Uploading and organising official documents across various case types
  • Creating and maintaining accurate client and supplier records in internal systems
  • Updating trade mark search records daily with precision
  • Managing deadlines, linking related cases, and maintaining clear notes
  • Organising and distributing official correspondence
  • Liaising with internal teams – from attorneys and paralegals to accounts – to keep everything running smoothly
  • Getting involved in projects that improve processes and enhance team collaboration
