About the role/Te mahi Are you an exceptional administrator who wants to play a vital part in the education of New Zealand’s future health professionals and support some of New Zealand’s best health researchers? In these administrator roles you will provide proactive teaching, timetabling and administrative support while becoming a trusted point of contact for a range of students, staff and visitors. Key tasks may include: • Providing administration support including document drafting, minute taking, and records management. • Coordinating the rosters of students in academic and clinical settings. • Providing teaching, timetabling, clinical placement coordination. • Coordinating student assessments. • Using University systems to maintain databases, extracting data, providing reports and other relevant data. Along with excellent administration and coordination skills, a strong customer service focus is critical to success in this role. Further details/Pūroko We are offering two permanent positions based in Wellington: one at 30 hours per week (0.8 FTE), and one role at 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE).
