ADMINISTRATOR -CREDIT CONTROL DEPARTMENT
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Credit Control department, to work in the firm’s brand-new South Devon Office based in the heart of Torquay.
This is an attractive opportunity to join a progressive, and professional firm who work together in purpose built modern offices which are part of the At Harbourside development. Wollens investment in the new South Devon office brings staff and clients together in the very best environment with a fully functional client area, break-out rooms, staff facilities along with everything you would expect from a new modern building.
You would be working alongside our credit control manager and supporting them in all aspects of their role.
Duties will include running reports, checking details, taking telephone calls, printing and sending correspondence, booking appointments, document changes, diary management.
You will have good IT skills and be a strong administrator, had previous experience of working with financial information/figures, have excellent attention to detail, be a good communicator and have a flexible approach. Experience of working within a law firm is desirable, but not essential.
This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday, 9am to 5.15pm. We offer a competitive salary and excellent terms of employment.

Pay: £12.87 per hour
