Ce poste est responsable de diverses tâches administratives et de fournir un soutien à la succursale/bureau.

Fonctions et responsabilités

  • Assumer les tâches de réception
  • Surveiller les réclamations de garantie
  • Soutenir la facturation, les comptes recevables/payables, la paie et le traitement des biens/fournitures
  • Responsable des dépôts en succursale et de la coordination de la sécurité
  • Tâches administratives générales assignées
  • D’autres tâches peuvent être assignées

Compétences requises

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation
  • Capacité à respecter les échéances
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office

Experience requise

  • Expérience préalable dans l’administration des services et la coordination de la sécurité, considéré comme un atout
  • Diplôme ou certificat d’études en secrétariat est considéré comme un atout

Required Skills

  • Must possess excellent communication/organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in service administration and safety coordination is considered an asset
  • Office Education diploma/certificate is considered an asset
