Nous recherchons des candidats qualifiés, responsable et fiable pour apporter un soutien à notre organisation Responsabilités: Répondre aux appels téléphoniques entrants et effectuer des appels sortants. Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle. Assurer des conversations téléphoniques et des échanges par courriel conformes aux standards de l'entreprise. Suivre et respecter le délai de 24 heures pour répondre aux clients. Veiller à une saisie précise et efficace des données dans le système de gestion intégré (ERP). Gérer et créer les commandes des clients. Préparer des soumissions pour les petits clients. Résoudre les préoccupations et plaintes des clients de manière professionnelle par téléphone et par courriel Collaborer avec tous les départements (répartition, facturation, ventes, opérations) afin de satisfaire les besoins des clients. Faire preuve de professionnalisme en maintenant un haut degré d'intégrité, d'éthique et de confidentialité. Respecter les procédures et la structure en place. S'acquitter d'autres tâches et responsabilités selon les besoins ou à la demande de la direction. Se conformer à toutes les réglementations et politiques de l'entreprise. Connaissances, compétences: Familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion intégrée (ERP). Fortes compétences en communication pour interagir efficacement avec les clients et les collègues. Excellentes compétences dans l'utilisation de Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Excel, Google worksheet et Word. Porter une attention particulière aux détails et à maintenir un haut niveau de précision. Capacité démontrée à établir et à maintenir des relations solides avec la clientèle. Compétences en gestion du temps et des priorités. Être autonome, ouvert d’esprit et débrouillard. Capacité à s'adapter facilement aux changements. Connaissance de l’industrie des matières dangereuses résiduelles (atout). Qualifications: Expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire au service à la clientèle, idéalement dans le secteur de la gestion des matières dangereuses résiduelles. Excellentes compétences en communication, et résolution de problèmes. Capacité à travailler en équipe et à maintenir une attitude positive. Diplôme d’études secondaires ou diplôme d’études collégiales en administration ou domaine connexe ; Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral. #GFLTalent We thank you for your interest. Responsibilities

The administrator will manage incoming and outgoing communications while ensuring accurate data entry into the ERP system. They will also collaborate with various departments to resolve customer concerns and prepare quotes for smaller clients.
