The Administrative Services Coordinator is responsible for the provision of administrative services by effectively and efficiently managing administrative matters which support the day to day operations of the network. These services include; administrative support to the Director and Managers, preparation of data and reports related to service provision and budget administration, managing administrative support staff, managing personnel procedures and participating in network leadership activities. Human Resources Exemption: No Education College diploma in business administration or commerce preferred. Experience Three years related experience including experience in a supervisory capacity. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Demonstrated capacity to manage program staff including ability to clearly define roles and responsibilities and to evaluate performance and determine training requirements. Good interpersonal competence including sound judgment and the ability to respond effectively under pressure. Demonstrated capacity to provide leadership. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to prepare concise reports. Ability to establish effective working relationships with the public, staff and other Region employees; demonstrates integrity and professionalism. Excellent and thorough knowledge of computer programs/skills. Self-motivated, meticulous, practical. Other Information Equivalent combination of business course training and experience will be considered. A valid driver’s license is required.
