JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Data processing: draft, maintain and execute e-mails, memos, data, contact list and other documents according to the information and requests by clients. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materials
  • General affairs: update and maintain office policies and procedures, manage office suppliers and order office supplies
  • Communication support: Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients to handle queries. Attend meetings, compose and distribute meeting minutes. Liaise with executives to handle requests from clients.
  • Marketing & Sales support: perform calls to customers, make cold calling if needed, schedule social media post, and create posts captions at certain times
  • Ad-hoc: Provide back-up support as needed
