OVERVIEW

We are a multi-dimensional, creative structural engineering firm characterized by a dynamic, supportive work atmosphere. We are currently looking to fill a full-time Administrative Assistant position starting September 2025. Hours of work are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

JOB SPECIFIC & ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

· Typing (at least 40wpm preferred)
· Computer proficiency– familiar with current Windows OS. Proficiency in Quickbooks is essential. Must also be competent in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat software.
· Accounts receivable – specifically invoicing
· Proposals
· Provide support to Managers and Staff
· General knowledge of office equipment
· Other basic administrative duties as required
· Knowledge about the construction/engineering sector is not necessary but is considered an asset.
