Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Counselor to manage student admissions, drive enrollments, and respond to student inquiries. The ideal candidate should have experience in student recruitment, education sales, or admissions, with a strong track record of handling leads, following up with prospective students, converting inquiries into admissions, and consistently achieving enrollment targets. While the position may involve occasional front-desk duties, approximately 95% of the role will focus on admissions, sales, lead conversion, and meeting enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student inquiries and guide prospective students through the complete admission process. Achieve individual and team enrollment and revenue targets.
• Conduct counseling sessions, follow-ups, and conversion activities with potential students.
• Support lead generation initiatives and implement effective conversion strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions data.
• Occasionally manage front desk responsibilities, including welcoming visitors and handling incoming calls.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in admissions, sales, education counseling, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
• Professional, friendly, and well-organized personality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
