The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to guide prospective students through the enrollment process effectively. This role involves advising students on academic programs, providing personalized support, and driving sales to achieve enrollment targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven 1-2 years of experience in student recruitment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
