QUALIFICATIONS AND SOFT SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree or up
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the same capacity in a career college.
  • Critical thinking
  • Good communication skills and patience with students/clients
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel (testing may be required)
  • Good English Speaking and writing; multilingualism will be an asset.
  • Candidates from related positions, such as Enrolment and Admission Officer, Admissions Assistant, Admissions/Liaison Officer, International Admissions Officer, Recruitment & Admissions Officer, and Admissions Advisor, are welcome to apply.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 37.5 per week

You like to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A summary is as follows,

  • Advise students on their career plans.
  • Promote our business and activities in the media.
  • Connect the other organizations for cooperation.
  • Manage the daily office work with attention to detail.
  • Accomplish the specified and mandatory goal(s) metrics enrolment numbers.
  • Provide information to applicants regarding programs, application status, and program eligibility.
  • Research and report updates on education markets to develop an effective marketing strategy and plan.
  • Organize and attend student orientations, education fairs, and other marketing events.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure student satisfaction and success.
