Student Counselor / Admissions Officer

Please note that experience as a Student counsellor/Admissions officer (Sales & Marketing role) for Online/Distance Learning for Higher Education in the UAE is mandatory

  • Receive and manage inquiries from prospective students.
  • Be responsible for your own lead generation as well. Cold Calling.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and or other communication channels.
  • Provide detailed information about the various university programs, admission requirements, application procedures, and financial options.
  • Deliver accurate and consistent information to ensure a clear understanding of the Institute’s offerings.
  • Schedule appointments, interviews, and information sessions for prospective students and their families.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all arrangements are in place.
  • Assist prospective students with the application process, guiding them through required documentation, deadlines, and submission procedures.
  • Address any questions or concerns related to the application process.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective students to nurture relationships and address any additional inquiries.
  • Support the admissions team in building rapport and trust with potential students.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, interactions, and application statuses in the CRM system.
  • Generate reports and insights to assist in monitoring and analyzing admissions data.
  • Assist in planning and organizing recruitment events, fairs, and other outdoor marketing activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication for events.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department, and academic departments to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless applicant experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  • Gather feedback from prospective students and their families to identify areas for process improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Propose suggestions for optimizing the admissions process.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and maintaining admissions materials.
