Position – Admissions & Administrative Assistant Location: Retirement Ranches, Inc. – Clovis, NM (on-site position)  Status: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p _____________________________________________________________________ Job Summary:  Provides administrative and clerical support to the Director of Admissions and administrative team in the daily operations of a long-term care facility. Assists with the admissions process, manages phone communications, greets residents and visitors, maintains facility records, and supports multiple departments with clerical tasks. Serves as a point of contact for residents, families, staff, and visitors while ensuring professionalism, excellent customer service, and confidentiality. _____________________________________________________________________ Compensation:  * Admissions & Administrative Assistant base hourly wage: $15.50 per hour Benefits:  * Health insurance options designed for flexibility  * Dental and Vision insurance  * Company-paid life insurance  * 401(k) with employer match * Employee Assistance Program (EAP)  * Referral bonuses, employee discounts, early wage access  *Benefits vary by employment status (Full-time, Part-time, PRN)*  _____________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities:  * Assist the Admissions Director with resident admissions, transfers, and discharge processes. * Prepare, organize, and maintain admission packets and required documentation. * Communicate with hospitals, families, referral sources, and healthcare providers regarding admissions and resident information. * Verify and collect required paperwork, insurance information, and supporting documentation. * Maintain accurate admission logs, census records, resident files, and electronic documentation systems. * Coordinate administrative tasks related to resident room readiness and admissions preparation. * Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. * Greets residents, visitors, and family members and help as needed. * Provide clerical and administrative support to the business office and other departments. * Scan, file, copy, fax, and distribute documents and correspondence. * Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and interviews. * Support daily office operations and assist with special projects as assigned. * Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and handling sensitive information. * Completes all other duties as assigned. _____________________________________________________________________ Qualifications:  Required:  * High school diploma or GED.  * Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. * Professional appearance and demeanor.
