Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in college admissions, student recruitment, or a related field. Experience in an Ontario college setting is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of educational programs, admissions processes, and relevant regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software

Admissions Advisors need to be:

• Flexible and available to work onsite as per the campus schedule.
• Adhere to all CIMT College Policies and Procedures Comply with all regulatory standards as set out by the Ministry of Colleges and Universities and OCC Act 2005
