JOB OVERVIEW:

KCC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admissions Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving student admissions, managing lead pipelines, supporting prospective students throughout the enrollment journey, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position involves working across multiple campuses, with a focus on domestic admissions and community engagement.

  • Promptly follow up with all prospective student leads from sources such as LMS inquiries, email, social media, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with other Admissions Advisors across campuses to support leads in all regions.
  • Ensure full PTIB compliance in student documentation and data collection.
  • Accurately manage leads and enrollment activities using Classtrack and HubSpot.
  • Provide daily updates to the department management team outlining key activities and progress.
  • Maintain a current admissions pipeline and provide regular enrollment and tuition revenue estimates.
  • Track admissions funnel metrics, including:
  • Leads generated
  • Leads contacted
  • Appointments booked
  • Appointments attended
  • Financial consultations completed
  • Leads converted to enrolled students

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred (e.g., Business, Education, Communications).
  • 5+ years of experience in higher education admissions, with at least 3 years in admissions.
  • Proven track record of driving enrollment goals and managing a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
