Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Admissions & Athletics Manager who is energetic, organized, and relationship-focused. This hands-on role supports student enrollment while coordinating athletics partnerships. Athletic knowledge is considered an asset.
You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on student enrollment and experience, build meaningful relationships with families and community partners, and represent King Heights Academy in the community. This is a collaborative role, working closely with other departments for support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment.
• Serve as the main contact for prospective families, guiding them through the admissions process with professionalism and warmth.
• Organize and participate in school tours, open houses, and recruitment events, including leading virtual presentations and info sessions.
• Support partnerships with feeder schools, sports clubs, and community organizations, acting as a professional representative of the school.
• Coordinate athletics-related schedules, events, and communications.
• Track and report enrollment data; assist with strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Contribute to marketing and communications efforts targeting prospective families.
• Use computer systems to manage student records, track inquiries, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive family experience.
• Provide support to athletic and academic teams as needed to enhance student experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, recruitment, education, customer service, or athletics.
• Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
• Builds strong relationships with families and community partners.
• Comfortable representing the school at events, including leading virtual sessions and occasional evenings/weekends.
• Strong public speaking skills to confidently engage with families, students, and community partners.
• Knowledge or interest in athletics is an asset.
• Ability to communicate the value of independent education and the development of globally minded learners.
