JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a results-driven Admissions Advocate with a strong background in Home Care Admissions, Marketing or Sales—preferably within the home care industry. This role is both an Admissions and Sales position, designed to promote our home health care programs, build relationships with prospective patients and caregivers, and guide them through the admissions process. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator who is passionate about helping individuals access the care they need and can drive admissions through strategic outreach and relationship-building.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or home care sales is required.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build rapport, and convert prospects into clients or patients.
  • Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with recruiting and marketing strategies in the home care or health care industry.
  • Experience with HHA or similar CRM/patient management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Responsibilities
  • Market and promote the home care’s services and programs to potential patients, families, and referral sources.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to generate referrals and drive admissions.
  • Provide personalized advising throughout the admissions process, addressing questions and concerns and ensuring a smooth patient onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure clear and accurate communication of programs and services.
  • Utilize CRM and home care systems (e.g., HHA) to manage leads, track admissions activity, and monitor patient progress.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, program updates, and compliance requirements through regular training and development.
