Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Verbal and written communication, good listener, selling skills, self-motivated and motivator, able to foster teamwork, organization, and coordination skills, familiar with tracking budgets.
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in marketing and sales.
· At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role or relevant marketing & sales positions.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate enquiries through digital platforms, events, and partnerships.
· Build and manage a strong admissions pipeline using CRM systems.
· Monitor and track enquiry sources to identify high-performing channels.
· Follow up promptly with leads and enquiries, providing personalised information and guidance to prospective parents.
· Support the admissions team in scheduling school tours, assessments, and follow-ups.
· Implement strategies to increase conversion rates from enquiry to enrolment.
· Plan and implement digital campaigns across social media, email, Google Ads, and school listings.
· Work with internal teams to create compelling content (videos, testimonials, blog posts, etc.) that reflect the school’s ethos and value proposition.
· Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and materials.
· Organise and promote open days, info sessions, and outreach events to attract prospective families.
· Develop relationships with nurseries, education consultants, and community partners to increase awareness and referrals.
· Track marketing KPIs, lead quality, and conversion metrics regularly.
· Provide insights and reports to the leadership team for informed decision-making
