Track bed space and open availability throughout the day to support accurate admission planning. Respond to calls, referrals, and questions from potential clients, family members, and Client Care Navigators. Complete client applications, first contact emails, insurance or payment verification, scheduling, and intake documentation in Celerity. Communicate with attorneys, judges, corrections facilities, Admissions Coordinators, and team members to support client authorization and admission into treatment. Requirements Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Experience working with admissions, client intake, funding streams, insurance verification, or billing collaboration preferred Crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Responsibilities
Supports clients and families through the treatment admission process by screening, scheduling, and managing intake documentation. Coordinates with legal and correctional facilities while tracking bed availability to ensure smooth admissions.
