We are currently seeking a qualified facility Admissions Assistant to join our team full-time at Peak Resources Alamance. Excellent compensation and benefits! Typical Work Schedule is: 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday Role Responsibilities Assists the Admissions Director with the day-to-day management of the facility’s Admissions Department and may have supervisory responsibilities in the Manager’s absence. May have direct responsibility for one or more of the Admissions Department’s functions. Requirements Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications High School diploma or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in the use of a personal computer, including Microsoft Office. Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace. Preferred Experience Three (3) years of long-term care or healthcare experience. Responsibilities
The Admissions Assistant supports the Admissions Director with the daily operations of the facility's Admissions Department and may assume supervisory duties when the Manager is absent.
