Description We are seeking and Admissions Assistant which will support a sales and admissions team by performing administrative tasks, greeting visitors, answering phones, and coordinating events. This position will also assist with tours and provide prospective residents and their families with information about the community. This role requires strong customer service and organizational skills to help manage leads and ensure smooth sales operations. Key responsibilities Administrative tasks: Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and handle clerical duties like preparing packets and coordinating schedules. Assisting with eligibility filings including gathering documents. Keep a CRM database accurate and up to date. Sales support: Enter and manage leads in a database, assist with event planning, and represent the community at outreach and marketing events. Tours and customer interaction: Greet visitors, give tours of the community, and answer questions for prospective residents and their families. This could include driving a company van to pick up prospective residents for tours. Community promotion: Promote the community's values and provide marketing information to interested parties. Participate in outreach events. Follow-up: Assist with follow-up calls to gauge interest after tours. Requirements Customer service: Ability to provide excellent service to residents, families, and visitors. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Technical skills: Proficiency in using a marketing database and other office software Education: A high school diploma or equivalent required Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred
