Description Job Details: Contact prospective students via phone, email, and other communication channels. Deliver approved scripts and transfer interested prospects to Admissions Professionals. Build excitement and rapport with potential students while providing exceptional customer service. Document all prospect activity accurately in Campus Vue CRM. Meet or exceed productivity metrics through consistent outreach. Collaborate with a dynamic team and actively participate in our student mentor program. Skills & Attributes: Outstanding communication skills (phone and face-to-face). Highly organized and detail-oriented. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word). Motivated, adaptable, and passionate about student success. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Required: High School Diploma. Excellent attendance and customer service skills. Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays. Preferred: Associate Degree or higher. Call center and/or sales experience. Why Hallmark University?
