Description The Admissions & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing the admissions process and promoting the facility to potential clients, families, and referral sources. This role requires a combination of administrative skills, marketing savvy, and excellent communication and customer service abilities. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Occasional Weekends, Days Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and informing families of acceptance Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other referral sources to drive admissions and maintain positive relationships Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new clients and increase awareness of the facility in the community Manage the facility's social media accounts and website to engage with current and prospective clients Plan and coordinate events, such as open houses and community outreach programs, to promote the facility and build relationships with key stakeholders Prepare and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters, to showcase the facility's services and amenities Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures related to admissions and marketing activities Communicate with clients and families to address any questions or concerns regarding the admissions process or facility services Track and analyze admissions data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless transition for clients entering the facility Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field Previous experience in the medical field Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred 1 year of previous experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or customer service preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion The Admissions & Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in attracting and retaining clients for the Advanced Health Care Facility.
