JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will work closely with our executive staff to screen prospective residents to determine the appropriateness of admission. The Marketing Coordinator works with residents/families on the front end of the admission process to ensure an efficient admission process. This position will drive occupancy through the implementation of internal and external marketing while acting as the representative and face of the community in the marketplace.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred
  • 2 or more years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
  • LPN license preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years nursing experience
  • Able to communicate using both written and verbal methods
  • Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, and the public
  • Able to work in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Respect for the principles of resident rights, confidentiality, EEO, and ADA

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must pass a criminal background check and meet other hiring requirements.
  • Healthcare marketing or nursing facility marketing experience required.
