Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our skilled nursing and long-term care community. The Admissions Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, families, hospitals, and referral sources, helping guide individuals through the admission process with professionalism and empathy. This role is essential in ensuring smooth transitions into our community while maintaining excellent customer service, strong referral relationships, and compliance with all admission procedures and regulations.
