- Establish relationships in the community to facilitate admissions and actively pursue admissions through all possible channels.
- Receive and appropriately respond to inquiry calls in a timely fashion and conduct facility tours.
- Evaluate referrals for admission, determining clinical and veteran status eligibility and screening of potential residents off-site including at home, acute care facilities, and other locations.
- Maintains facility wait list according to regulatory requirements and MVH standards. Manages active wait list clients monthly.
- Documents in CRM all sales and lead activity and management of waitlist, sales, and marketing activities.

Requirements:
- Experience or training in such areas as health care facility admissions, geriatrics, rehabilitation, education and psychiatric nursing desirable; however, relevant marketing and customer service experience will also be considered.
- Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Maine preferred.
