POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated Admissions Coordinator to lead and support occupancy in an Assisted Living community that serves residents that need assistance with activities of daily living. This role is responsible for managing internal and external marketing, overseeing resident intake and support programs, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, meeting and exceeding budgeted occupancy, and contributing to the operational excellence of the community.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Director to support the daily operations and long-term goals of the community, with a strong focus on person-centered care, behavioral support, and staff leadership.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Prior marketing or sales experience in a senior living or healthcare environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and build professional networks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM or marketing software
  • Must have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and Food Handlers credentials
  • Must meet all health-related and background check requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Light physical demands (lifting up to 20 lbs. occasionally)
  • Frequent sitting, occasional walking and standing
  • Requires ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone/email
  • Normal or corrected vision and hearing required
