Admissions Coordinator Location: Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (Roseburg, OR) Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Part-time - Weekends (16 hours total - Saturday & Sunday) Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (Onsite)    Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for helping others? WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Coordinate room readiness with nursing, maintenance, and housekeeping teams. * Review and manage admissions referrals through EPIC, AIDA, and faxed systems. * Ensure a smooth and welcoming admissions experience for residents and families. * Collaborate with the admissions director, DON, and administrator to maintain census goals. * Support customer service, documentation, and regulatory processes. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and occasional on-call/weekend duties. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * Required: High school diploma or equivalent. * Preferred: Degree in healthcare management, marketing, or related field. * 3–5 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting. * Previous experience as a CNA or healthcare worker strongly preferred. * Knowledge of EPIC, PCC, or similar EMR systems is a plus. * Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
