Admissions Director We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admission Director for our skilled nursing facility.  RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance facility visibility and occupancy rates. * Manage the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and their families. * Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and community organizations. * Conduct facility tours and presentations to potential residents and families, showcasing the quality of care we provide. * Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards in admissions processes. * Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adjust marketing efforts effectively and maintain a competitive edge. * Prepare and present marketing reports and admission data to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. QUALIFICATIONS: * At least one year experience as Admission/Marketing Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a must * Proven experience in healthcare marketing or admissions, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. * Strong understanding of the skilled nursing industry and its regulatory environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade a diverse audience. * Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. * Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and market research. * Ability to develop creative marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
