Admissions Director Location: Eugene, OR (Onsite) Schedule: Full-time Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000/year (DOE)   South Hills Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health portfolio, is a leading provider of skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services. If you're a driven and compassionate individual ready to make a difference in the lives of others, we want you to join our team!   As the Admissions Director, you'll play a vital role in managing all admissions activities, driving census growth, and building strong community relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in sales, marketing, and community outreach while working within a dynamic, resident-focused environment.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead Admissions Efforts: Oversee all aspects of the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective residents and their families. * Drive Growth: Proactively build and maintain strong referral relationships to drive census and facility occupancy. * Community Engagement: Represent South Hills Rehabilitation Center in the local community through outreach efforts, networking, and events. * Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing and operational strategies, ensuring goals are met. * Develop & Implement Strategies: Create and execute marketing initiatives that elevate the center’s presence and reputation in the community.   WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
