Description The Academy of Our Lady of Peace seeks an Admissions Enrollment Manager who will play a key role in advancing the Academy of Our Lady of Peace’s (OLP) mission by helping to attract, engage, enroll, and retain mission-appropriate students. Working under the supervision of the Director of Enrollment Management, this role serves as a primary ambassador for OLP and supports strategic recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and retention initiatives. The Admissions Enrollment Manager coordinates signature admissions and enrollment events, cultivates strong relationships with prospective, admitted, and current students and families, mentors student leaders, and supports initiatives that strengthen family engagement and belonging throughout the enrollment lifecycle. This individual brings a relational, detail-oriented, and mission-aligned approach to the admissions and retention process, communicating OLP’s Catholic identity and the charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet (CSJ). This is a full-time, twelve-month exempt position, responsible for supervising volunteers.
