Responsibilities Engage proactively with prospective students via phone, email, and SMS using a strategic contact approach. Assess and qualify applicants through interviews to ensure our programs align with their goals. Guide students through the enrollment process, collaborating across departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience. Build strong relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Stay compliant with university policies while maintaining a student-first mindset.
