LEAD MANAGEMENT & CONVERSION

• Follow up on all leads provided by the marketing team and other channels
• Contact parents via phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, and in-person consultations to introduce our courses and teaching advantages
• Schedule student assessments, trial lessons, and campus tours
• Manage the entire admissions process from first contact to confirmed enrolment

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, course consultancy, customer service, or related roles (education industry preferred)
• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken & written) to communicate effectively with parents from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with a friendly and approachable personality
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment
• Prior experience in tuition centres, enrichment schools, or international school admissions is a plus
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and parent activities
