Job Summary:-

We are looking for a motivated and professional Team Leader- Admissions to guide students and clients in selecting suitable courses and training programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, counselling prospective clients, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting enquiries into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads, enquiries, and prospective clients.
• Understand clients’ educational and career requirements.
• Recommend suitable courses and training programs.
• Explain course details, fees, eligibility, duration, and examination process.
• Conduct counselling through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Convert qualified leads into enrolments and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with academic, operations, and management teams.
